Julia Leonard serves as the marketing director and real estate sales for the Chenal Properties branch office at Red Oak Ridge in Hot Springs. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Hot Springs Homebuilders Association; is a member of the Hot Springs Junior Auxiliary, the Arkansas Children's Hospital's Circle of Friends and the Charitable Christian Medical Clinic Golf Classic Committee; serves on the Retirement and Relocation Committee of the Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce; and is a graduate of Class XVI of Leadership Hot Springs. Leonard previously worked as membership director at Chenal Country Club in Little Rock, Hot Springs Country Club, Hunter's Green and Country Club in Tampa, FL, and Diamante Country Club in Hot Springs Village.

Serethia Crawford, specializing in real estate sales in Hot Springs, currently serves as Executive Broker for Chenal Properties, Inc. Branch Office at Red Oak Ridge. She is a member of the National, Arkansas and Hot Springs Board of Realtors Association. She is treasurer of the Hot Springs Sunrise Rotary Club, a member of the Hot Springs Home Builders Association, Arkansas Children's Hospital Circle of Friends and is on the American Heart Association's Heart Ball Committee. A graduate of class XIX of Leadership Hot Springs and is a member of the Charitable Christian Medical Golf Classic Committee, Hot Springs Jazz Society Board and past member of the Hot Springs Junior Auxiliary. Recently she served as the scholarship committee chairperson for Leadership Hot Springs Alumni and the Hot Springs Sunrise Rotary Club. Serethia is also a member of the American Association of Notaries.
